Welcome to The Inner Collective. By using our website (bookintampa.com), contacting us, or booking through us, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

The Inner Collective is a concierge and referral service based in Tampa & St. Pete, Florida. We help arrange reservations, experiences, and services, and connect you with trusted local partners. Some services are provided by third-party vendors who set their own terms, pricing, and cancellation policies, which we will share with you when relevant.

Bookings, Deposits & Payments

Certain bookings require a deposit to secure them, with the balance due as stated on your invoice. Deposits may be non-refundable. When a booking carries a specific cancellation policy, we will share it with you; cancellation terms may also be governed by the policies of third-party vendors involved in your booking.

Client Conduct, Timeliness & No-Shows

When we arrange a reservation, experience, or service on your behalf, you agree to honor the rules of the venue or vendor providing it — including arrival times, dress code, minimum spend, cancellation windows, and any other policies we share with you. These rules are set by the venue, not by us.

If you arrive late, fail to show up, or do not meet the venue’s requirements — such as its dress code — and are refused seating, service, or entry as a result:

• the reservation or booking may be forfeited;
• any deposits, booking fees, or prepaid amounts are non-refundable;
• you remain responsible for any charges, minimums, or cancellation fees the venue imposes; and
• you agree to pay a cancellation or no-show fee for the booking, which we will invoice you and which reflects any venue charges and the value of the booking.

Because our relationships with our partners depend on our clients honoring their bookings, repeated no-shows, late arrivals, or policy violations may result in our declining to arrange future bookings for you.

We arrange these experiences in good faith but are not responsible for a venue’s decision to refuse service, seating, or entry when its policies are not met.

This policy applies to every booking we make for you, including bookings made under a membership. If you are a member, a booking you miss or forfeit due to a no-show, late arrival, or policy violation still counts toward your monthly booking allowance and is not credited back.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms depend on what you have booked and are governed by the policies of the venue or vendor involved. Where a specific cancellation policy applies to your booking, we will share it with you. Unless we tell you otherwise in writing:

• Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable.
• If you cancel within a vendor’s cancellation window, your payment may be non-refundable, and you are responsible for any cancellation or no-show fee the vendor charges.
• Any refund we do issue is net of non-refundable deposits, booking fees, and vendor charges, and is returned to your original payment method.

High-value bookings such as yacht charters and private events often carry stricter cancellation windows. We will always tell you the specific cancellation policy before you pay, and paying your invoice confirms that you accept it.

Memberships

The Inner Collective offers optional monthly memberships that automatically renew until cancelled. Full details — including recurring billing, what’s included, cancellation, and refunds — are set out in our Membership Terms, which apply in addition to these Terms if you subscribe.

Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number — whether by texting us, calling us, or submitting our request form — you consent to receive SMS text messages from The Inner Collective related to your inquiries and bookings.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We work hard to arrange great experiences, but many services are delivered by third parties, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or the quality of their services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Inner Collective is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from services arranged on your behalf.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
