Membership Terms

The Inner Collective offers optional monthly memberships (currently The Circle and The Inner Circle). These Membership Terms apply when you subscribe, in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Recurring Billing

Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew each month at the then-current rate ($199/month for The Circle, $299/month for The Inner Circle) until you cancel. Your subscription starts on the date of your first payment, and each renewal is charged on that same day of the following month. Payments are processed securely through Square.

What’s Included

Membership benefits are described on our website and may include priority access, member rates, and a set number of bookings per month (up to 5 for The Circle and up to 10 for The Inner Circle). A “booking” means a single reservation, arrangement, or request we handle on your behalf. Unused bookings do not roll over to the next month.

Membership Fees Are Separate From Service Costs

Your monthly fee covers concierge access and member benefits only. It does not cover the cost of the underlying reservations, charters, tickets, travel, dining, or other third-party services you request — those are billed separately and priced by the applicable vendor.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the current month. To cancel, email barbie@bookintampa.com or use the manage/cancel option in your Square confirmation email.

Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Changes to Pricing or Benefits

We may change membership pricing, benefits, or booking limits. If we make a material change, we will give you reasonable advance notice, and the change will take effect on your next billing period. Continuing your membership after a change takes effect means you accept it.

Booking Conduct & No-Shows

Any reservation, experience, or service we arrange for you as a member is also subject to our Client Conduct, Timeliness & No-Show policy. You agree to honor each venue’s rules, including arrival times and dress code. A booking you miss or forfeit due to a no-show, late arrival, or policy violation still counts toward your monthly booking allowance and is not credited back.

No-Show & Cancellation Fees

Your membership covers our booking service at no per-booking charge, which means a missed booking can leave us responsible for fees the venue charges us. If you no-show, cancel late, or forfeit a booking, you remain responsible for:

Because bookings range from a dinner reservation to a yacht charter or private event, no-show fees are not a fixed amount — they scale with the booking and can be significant for premium reservations. We will disclose the fee at the time of booking or notify you of the amount promptly after it applies, and we will invoice you for it. For high-value bookings, we may require a deposit in advance, even for members. Unpaid fees may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership and our declining to arrange future bookings for you.

Fair Use

Memberships are personal to you, non-transferable, and intended for reasonable individual use. We may suspend or cancel a membership for misuse, abuse, or non-payment.
